Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my amazing husband JP as well as my extremely happy Dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I share my daily life, the highs, the lows and everything that in-between. My journey in to America with my brother and parents at the age of only one and a quarter years old. young. I'm not living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. When I realized that I had the potential to be a successful person and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. My expectations were that my life would be a certain way: graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin a family. Even though I thought this was the standard for success, life had different goals. It was the money and status of my job did not make me happy. I was convinced that I was wasting my time and energy for a paycheck. I possessed a passion for exercise and working out with others and as I navigated towards the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for private training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth this year in 2021. Very few Asian women have a job in this sector. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage others and help them lead a happily and in good health by creating sustainable lifestyles that meet the needs of each person's needs and goals. Also, I want others to feel empowered and able to pursue their desires and be able to achieve whatever they wish to in life. When my work was waning off, I suffered the greatest loss of my entire life- the passing of my Mom. Following an 8-year battle against the illness, she's finally resting within Heaven. I will never forget her. I continue to remember her in my mind and my heart. The universe has an ability of giving us everything we want, even if we are unable to grasp the lessons at this moment. The death of my mother transformed me in so many ways and I'm convinced she provided me a second chance in life. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right for her to move on into her new chapter, and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. At the age of 30, I am alive and conscious of the fact that I am living now and not merely existing like that I used to be in the past. My experiences are shared with you so you can hear from me about you my experiences and words. This will help you know you're not alone. You can do any thing if you put your heart into it. Therapy is common and vital. It is health that's the biggest wealth. As death is all there is in this world, I hope you enjoy every moment of it and end your life with no regrets.
