Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is a reviewer who tackles Z-grade film usually within the martial arts or horror genre. The style is similar to The Cinema Snob but tending towards action-oriented dumb films and some morbid pleasure from the genre. Her first review was in late 2009 after becoming popular in their forum. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa) Then she was asked to join the Channel Awesome team. In early 2015, she joined the channel as Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. Presently, she hosts two podcasts. One that covers the Charmed franchise and the other co-hosted alongside Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Ninja the Mission Force is where you can catch her doing the exercises as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. In addition, she appeared on Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! Guest-starring in Midnight Screenings is a regular occurrence. The program reviews grotesque movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. The show also has a few times adult comedy. In late 2009 she began to write reviews of films and gained popularity in the Channel Awesome forums. She then became a part of the family of network movie critics. She has appeared in countless Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. Doug Walker as well as Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would often appear on episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
